SHIPPING (Continental U.S.)
We offer ground shipping for merchandise delivery:
Our cutoff time for orders is 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and do not include week-ends or holidays observed by our shipping carriers.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Remember, Day #1 is the first business day following the placement of your order. This assumes we received your order before our 3:30 p.m. EST cut-off time.
Please note: some additional shipping charges may apply to some heavier and oversized orders. You will be notified at the time of your order if additional charges apply.
Also note, UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes. Special arrangements can be made.
Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
All returns and requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the original order date. We will only issue a refund via the original method of payment, and will do so within 21 days of our receiving the product back.
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or e-mail.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. All Go-Peds are subject to an additional shipping fee. Due to weight and size, please add $10 to your shipping total.
